Double Room in 2 Bedroom Flat • Central Location

**About the flat**

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share my flat with. The room is a double and furnished, with a bed, full wardrobe and bedside tables. The flat has shared living room, bathroom and kitchen and all the windows are double glazed.

The location is one of the best things about the flat, it's right beside The Meadows, with easy access to both UoE's King's Buildings and Central Campus. It's around 10 minutes to main campus and 20 mins from kings by walk, and there is also building parking available if you have a car.

**About me**

I'm 21 and studying engineering at UoE. Outside university I'm usually playing tennis, watching films (I'm on Letterboxd), gaming or going to pubs.

I'm sociable and enjoy having a chat or doing something together occasionally, but I'm also independent and understand that we both need our own space. I'm pretty tidy and like keeping the communal areas nice, while keeping things relaxed rather than overly strict.

I'm ideally looking for someone who's friendly, considerate and happy to have a good balance of social time and doing our own thing.

* Bills: approximately £50 per month
* Available: It will take ~ 2 weeks to get approved by the landlord, but other than that, welcome anytime
