I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Bronze En suite room at The mont (iQ students accommodation).
The room is available for sublet in EH9 1FA, located right next to The Meadows.
The accommodation is ideally situated for University of Edinburgh students:
• 10-minute walk to George Square (GS) campus
• 15-minute walk to Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) campus • Bus stop directly downstairs with the No. 9 bus providing easy access to King’s Buildings (KB) campus
The accommodation was newly built in 2023 and offers excellent facilities. The photos are the same as those available on the official website.
I have had a different opportunity come up with my family regarding my living arrangements, so I no longer need university accommodation and am looking for someone to take over the contract.
Tenancy period: Friday 4 September 2026 – Friday 7 September 2027 Total cost: £13,156 for the full year (all bills included)
