Suitable for 2 individuals, 1 per room.
Basement has both front and back doors, back leads to garden and lane. All windows have locks, very safe and secure. The whole house has been renovated and basement not yet lived in.
Rent includes WIFI, bills* & garden is available for use.
Rooms are let on a lodger basis as attached to my home, I live upstairs with my 5 year old son, there is a lock on the stair door.
A reduced rate is available in exchange of a little childcare (5-10 hours per week @ £15ph ie £75 - £150 deduction per week, contact me for info!)
*Students pay no council tax, alternatively band H (lodger's portion is the 25% uplift from single person occupancy: £1,500pa).
