Although the ad says en-suite, the current tenant has the bedroom with the en-suite but as there are only 2 tenants the main bathroom will be yours.

The bedroom pictured has a double bed. The room has been painted white since the picture has been taken, as well as the carpet being cleaned.

Rent will be £712.50 a month, and bills would be roughly £200 a month each (gas/electric, council tax (council tax band D) and wifi). Waverley train station is roughly a 20/25 minute walk, and there are many bus routes nearby.

I sometimes work from home. Looking for someone independent who doesn’t mind if the flatmate does their own thing. Also would prefer a professional/postgrad student.
