Unfurnished Double Room with En-Suite to rent

Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate to move into my two bed flat near Craigleith retail park. The flat is 8-10 minutes from city centre by bus with great transport links!


The room is a spacious, unfurnished double room with adjoining en-suite. The flat also consists of a shared garden with patio area.
The property is council tax band C. Rent is £675pcm not including bills. Our bills tend to be around £40-60pp a month.

I am looking for a flatmate who is ideally a professional although students will be considered. The potential tenant must be an animal lover as we have 7 pet rats whose cages reside in the combined living room/kitchen area.

A bit about me:

I am a recent graduate of the university of Edinburgh with a degree in Psychology and Sociology and am currently working as the store manager of a jewellery company. As I do travel sometimes for work I would prefer a flatmate who would be comfortable keeping an eye on the rats whilst I am away. I love reading and any sorts of crafting such as crochet, knitting, sewing etc and would be so down for craft nights. I also am a big fan of musicals and love theatre. As a queer woman this flat is completely LGBTQ+ friendly.
