One bright and spacious double room are available in a welcoming three-bedroom flat, conveniently located near King’s Buildings.
I’m looking for one friendly and considerate female flatmates who would enjoy sharing a calm and comfortable home.

Who I’m looking for

Ideally, you would be someone who:
-- Is tidy and cleans up after yourself.
-- Is environmentally conscious and mindful of shared resources. Although bills are included in the rent, I’d really appreciate someone who naturally avoids unnecessary use of electricity, heating and water and is sensible about energy consumption.
-- Respects a calm, peaceful and restorative home environment.
-- Has common sense and communicates openly and respectfully with flatmates.

Rent:
En-suite double room: £850/month (Taken)
Double room: £700/month
Bills are included.

As the flat is cosy and the living space is shared, I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.

House rules
-- No smoking.
-- No couples.
-- Single occupancy only.
