Looking for a replacement tenant for my University of Edinburgh accommodation at O'Shea North – Tyne House due to a change in my accommodation plans.

📍 Location: O'Shea North, Tyne House, Holyrood
📅 Tenancy: 12 Sep 2026 – 3 Sep 2027
💷 Rent: Approx. £10,408 for the full tenancy (around £204/week), bills included
🚶 Location: Within walking distance of George Square, and very close to Holyrood, Moray House and Arthur's Seat

This will be an official University of Edinburgh tenancy takeover through the University's Replacement Tenant process. The University will check the replacement tenant's eligibility and issue the accommodation offer directly.

Eligibility:
• University of Edinburgh postgraduate student
• Must not already be living in University accommodation
• Must meet the University's requirements for a replacement tenant
