Entire Flat in Heart of Old Town

Hello I am renting out my flat on the mound where the front entrance is in new town and back entrance is in old town so you are smack bang in the middle of everything quite literally! Single bedroom which is very small but a large living room with a king size sofa bed if you’d rather that. Well behaved Pets permitted but will need to take a £100 professional cleaning fee for end of tenancy. No smoking as newly furnished. Clean and respectful tenants only. Please note as flat is in city centre and next door to wash bar there is live music noise on weekends, light sleepers need not apply. Thank you!
