Spare room to let

Looking to let out my spare room again. Double furnished room, built in wardrobes, with use of the family bathroom which is right next door (awaiting plumbing work being completed in my en-suite, then it’ll be yours).

Shared living and kitchen area, balcony, free on street parking, underground garage with bike store. Only 1 space per flat which I currently use. Ideally looking for someone who does not WFH, or does very rarely. Would accept for the right person if willing to pay more for utilities.

You’d be sharing the flat with myself and my very lovely cat George, so you must be okay with him being around.

I’m quite a home body and love my chill time (very much grandma vibes), tv, reading and cooking, when I’m not out running, walking, occasionally gyming. So looking for another quiet soul to join my home
