Hi everyone, I’m looking to rent out the spare room in my two bed flat. As pictured the flat has been refurbished in the last year and has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/ dining area and bathroom that would be shared with myself.

The room up for rent is spacious and furnished with a small double bed, desk, chair, and chest of drawers and has lots of storage in the built in sliding wardrobes.

The flat is located on Slateford Road, there are bus stops right outside connecting to the city centre and wider Edinburgh. Slateford train station is also around a 10 min walk away, Haymarket is 20 mins the other way. Theres a shared parking space and the option to buy on street permit parking. Super markets are also conveniently located with Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury’s all with in a 5 min walk.

A bit about me: I am 25 year old male. I work an office job where I spend most of my days Monday-Friday, while sometimes working from home. I am also studying for professional qualifications on top of working full time so I am pretty busy. In my free time I like to work out and also enjoy watching TV and sports and would never say no to a pint.
