Room available in Tollcross from October

We have a room available from October in our 4 bedroom flat in Tollcross. Great location, we're close to a number of bus stops, shops and the meadows.

I'm a 25 year old post-grad medical student and the other two girls are both 27. One is a PhD student and the other is currently working in an art gallery. Both are from the US and I'm from the US/Singapore myself :)

We live in quite a calm, clean flat. We tend to watch movies in the evening and go for drinks here and there (and on occasion have a dinner party)

Rent is 640/month not including bills. Bills are usually around 40-70/month including wifi, depending on what time of year it is. Also need a UK-based guarantor per the agency's rules.

NOTE: looking for someone willing to split council tax with our professional housemate (at least until the end of this year) which is 122 per person per month (we know it's a bit expensive but are hoping that's offset by the affordable room rent pre-bills!)
