Shared cosy living room with a large dinner table. There is a large trunk in the living room which is all yours for storage too. Lots of shelf space in the press in the living room too for your stuff :) The piano pictured is my flatmates so I’m afraid will be leaving with him.

Space for bikes in the stair well (if you’re strong enough to lift it onto a bannister) or the flat, whatever your preference.

I am a 24 year old 6th year medicine student plus a job in a pub. Social and chatty! You’re so welcome to have people round and guests staying etc. Obvs would appreciate someone clean and tidy and respectful bla bla.

Looking for either a student (preferably in their last year/masters/PG) or someone willing to pay the council tax (there will be a 25% reduction because I’m a student.

Flat is double glazed and honestly the warmest flat I’ve ever had in winter time - to the point we didn’t need the heating on last year and were absolutely fine.

Shared garden access out the back. Also takes 1 minute to get from the flat to the Gardner’s Crescent garden which is very pretty for a cup of tea / glass of wine outside :)

Perfect location. 10 mins walk from everything you could dream of (Old Town, New Town, Meadows, Bruntsfield, Lidl Dalry Rd)

Letting agents are Ewart Park. They’ve always actually been very responsive and on it if there has been an issue, but mostly we leave each other alone.
