September Tenancy

We are two Christians looking for a short-term tenant to fill our spare room. We are looking for an easy-going, tidy individual, willing to help look after the flat over the month of September.

Well located flat on Dalkeith Road, with good bus connections to the city center, as well as being a 10-minute walk to Cameron toll and Arthur's seat.

The room is spacious and faces the main road. There is a small communal living/dining area attached to a South-facing kitchen, the bathroom is shared and has a shower and bath, and the communal garden leads out from the central stairwell. Council tax band D
