Room available in Stockbridge, in a spacious 2 bedroom flat.
Rent is £600 per month, excluding bills. Deposit is £600.
WiFi is around £20, gas and electricity between £50-80, council tax £120, all in all ~ £800 per month.

The room has a king sized bed, large windows, big wardrobe, storage cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk.
There's a living room, kitchen with gas hob and a study, with loads of storage. We also have a big shared garden at the back.

The flat is a min away from Waitrose and a boots pharmacy, 5 minutes away from Co-op and the center of Stockbridge. The flat is non-smoking, no pets and couples are allowed.

You would be living with me, Kai Li - a 29yo working professional. Bit about myself - I play badminton, gym, crochet and read in my free time, and I'm always up for a good movie/boardgame night.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and respectful of boundaries, and would be up for the occasional hangout with some food and a good watch.

Female professionals or mature students willing to pay council tax between 26-35 are preferred.
