The available bedroom is a good-sized, comfortable room in a clean and well-kept flat. Council tax B, with gas, electricity and wifi totalling £128 per month on average.

A little about me- I work full time in hospitality, so my schedule varies from week to week. Outside of work, I like to keep active and exercise regularly, and on my days off I’m usually out seeing my friends, going for walks or making the most of my free time. I’m friendly and easy-going but also quite independent, so I’m looking for someone with a similar balance- happy to have a chat or hang out occasionally, while also doing their own thing.

I’d like to live with someone who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces. I’m not looking for a party flatmate, but equally I’d like it to feel like home rather than somewhere we just happen to share. Friends are of course welcome to visit, as long as we’re both considerate of each other
