One double room in a warm bright flat with lovely flatmates available in Leith - ideal for a professional.

Our flat is on the top floor, currently occupied by 4 working professionals and a master student. We rarely WFH but there’s always someone in given our different schedules. We all get along and love making the house feel cosy. We keep the flat tidy, often cook, watch movies together or go to a nearby pub (we’re lucky being super close to Leith Walk and all its breweries, bars, vintage shops and coffee shops).

We’re situated 15-min walk from the Shore or Leith Links, 20min walk from Waverley train station and have a Sainsbury’s opposite the house, or massive Tesco and Liddle 10 min away each. We also have a beautiful communal garden that we share with the building.

Rent is £550 excluding bills, which are roughly £70 to £100/month (for council tax, electricity, gas and internet).

The room is available from September 26.
