3 bedroom flat

I have 3 fully furnished double bedrooms with a shared living space, kitchen and bathroom available for rent.

Open to all tenants however ideally quieter tenants as the flat below have two young children.

Everything you see in the pictures is what comes with the flat. The two smaller double bedrooms are identical.

The kitchen already has loads of utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots and pans so ideal for anyone that doesn’t want to buy new stuff. If any of this isn’t wanted it can be boxed and stored in the loft.

There is some storage in the halls that can be used for suitcases etc for those in the smaller rooms.

There is a drying area that is shared with the flat on the same floor.

Free parking in the doorstep. There are very good local transport links including a bus station 2 mins walk from the flat that has stops all over Edinburgh (one every 10 mins that takes you to the centre of town) and a train 5 min walk across the road that takes you into Haymarket or waverly in about 10 minutes (usually one every hour).

Westside centre is just 5 min walks across the road. This has a lidl, home bargains, Greggs, odeon luxe and much more so local amenities are great! There is also a JD gym there.

Monthly price includes all bills, gas, electricity, WiFi etc.
