En-suite room for couple in Newington

Hello, I am looking for new flatmates to join me in a lovely flat in Newington ! I am ideally looking for a couple, as this is the current arrangement in the flat and works well with regards to splitting rent.

There are two ensuite rooms in the flat, one of which I have been in since June. The flat is bright, with two separate living areas across two floors and a terrace on the roof.

I am currently a student, so finding other students to join me would be ideal for council tax reasons but I am also open to splitting council tax costs with flatmates. Rent would be £733 each, with bills usually amounting to £48 per person, monthly.
