Beautiful, fully furnished two-bedroom home available for a short-term let for approximately one month from early January.

We’re looking for someone to stay in our home while we’re away travelling. The flat is a bright and spacious two-storey property in a quiet residential area of Edinburgh, with good transport links to the city centre, airport and coast.

Although this is our own home, you’ll have the property entirely to yourself during your stay. You’ll have access to two bedrooms, the living/dining room, kitchen and both bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms and some cupboards will remain locked with our personal belongings.

Location:
• Approx. 30 minutes to Edinburgh city centre by bus / 15 minutes by car
• Approx. 20 minutes’ drive to Edinburgh Airport
• Approx. 10 minutes by car/bus or 30-minute walk to the beach
• Regular public transport nearby

We’re ideally looking for a couple, individual or small household who needs a comfortable temporary base in Edinburgh – for example while relocating, between properties, working in the city or visiting for an extended period.

As this is our home, we’re looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate who will take good care of the property. No smoking, pets or parties.

Available for approximately one month only, with some flexibility around exact dates.

£1,800 per month including bills and Wi-Fi.
