I will be moving out of the property in October and I am helping my flatmate Jamie find a new person to take my room and to come in and help split costs.

Jamie is a 30 year old professional. He is looking to share with professionals of similar age and any gender, no couples or smokers. As a woman who was a bit unsure about sharing a flat with a man I didn't know, I must say, Jamie is one of the nicest and most respectful guys I have ever met.

Proof of income required by landlord (such as current job offer).
You must also be ok with pets as he has an indoor cat (unfortunately you cannot bring your own pet as his cat does not get along with other animals).

He is a clean, tidy and a considerate person who would like a calm and quiet atmosphere to relax in at home. He also works from home. When he is not at work he enjoys judo, reading, gym, video/board games and cooking.
