Double room available in Polwarth flat

Hi! Sadly my flatmate is moving for a new job, so I’m looking to fill her room.

I have a double bedroom available from the 1st of October in a lovely flat in Polwarth. Rent is £700/month and bills are around £120 (can be higher in winter).

You’d be living with me, Rachel (24), a young professional working in an accountancy firm. I’m looking for someone with similar interests who’d like to spend time together but also respect each other’s space.

I have lived in the flat for over a year now so it feels like a home and I’d be looking for someone who is up for making it theirs too!
