We are 3 quiet, homey professionals, looking for someone similar to call our lovely flat home.
We are:

Sarah - 42, artist, works from home, likes polar exploration
CJ - 32, office manager, likes crafts
Becky - 33, financial crime investigator, works from home, likes baking

We love watching TV shows together, like Taskmaster and Bake Off, but also appreciate our own time and space. We are definitely not a party flat, and are looking for someone who is neurodivergent friendly. We enjoy going to comedy shows together, and are looking for someone who is calm and conscientious.

Third-floor flat that is well-equipped, spacious, and light, with gorgeous castle views from the kitchen. One full bathroom, plus separate shower and separate toilet.

Very central, with lots of public transport options.

Room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table. There is also a desk and desk chair.
