Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2 bedroom, second floor flat in Dalry/Haymarket.

The room is available from 17 October, although the move in date can be discussed if needed.

£750 per month + bills
£775 deposit
Council Tax Band D

• Less than a 10 minute walk to Haymarket train station
• Around a 20 minute walk to both Old Town and New Town
• 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop

You’d be living with a 26 year old female nurse, so ideally we’re looking for another woman in her 20s. Professional or student is absolutely fine!

I’ve included a mix of photos from when we first moved in to show the rooms/layout clearly, as well as some more recent photos since we’ve furnished and decorated the flat a little!
