I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room from 7 September 2026 to 3 September 2027.

The room is on the 5th floor and gets plenty of natural light, with a lovely view from the window. The building is generally very quiet, making it a comfortable place for studying and relaxing.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk and storage space.

Rent: £185 per week, bills included.
Tenancy: 7 September 2026 – 3 September 2027.
The residence also has a 24-hour reception.

The accommodation is conveniently located close to The Meadows, and George Square is around a 15-minute walk away. It is particularly convenient for University of Edinburgh students.
