📍LOCATION: Super central location in New Town Edinburgh. Short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars. Princes St tram stop 5 minute walk, several bus stops in short walking distance, Waverley train station 15 minute walk. Can even see a little bit of Edinburgh Castle from the flat and hear the one o’clock gun.

🛏️ THE FLAT/ROOM: Furnished flat and bedroom on the 3rd floor (top floor). You will rent one bedroom, the main bathroom is yours (except for sharing the shower)! Not a great space if you WFH. 

- Furnished bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobe, drawers, storage space, desk and chair, etc. all to yourself. 

- Fully stocked kitchen with mini fridge (shared), dishwasher, 4 top gas stove, cooking appliances, plates and cutlery, etc. Your own pantry cupboard. 

- Main bathroom with shared shower but your own toilet, vanity and storage. 

- Living room with couch, small table and chairs, TV, bookshelf, etc. 

- Boiler room with washer/dryer machine and shared freezer.

- Radiator heating throughout the flat. 


💰RENT: £675 per month
💸BILLS: Utilities, wifi, council tax approx. £150-£180 per month

🙋‍♀️ ABOUT ME: I’m Ashlee, I’m an Australian woman in my 20s, I am a photographer and tour guide so I can be out working in the morning and evening, and WFH throughout the day. I am LGBTQ+🏳️‍🌈 friendly. I’m a creative soul, happy to have a chat, hangout and rant to each other, or do our own thing in private. I’m a home body, described by friends as a grandma baking my gluten free treats, napping during the day, and in bed before 11pm, so the flat is cosy and chill. Open communication between us is important to me so we can respect each others spaces and share our home civilly.
