-Female preferred. Council Tax will need to be shared.
-No heavy drinking, smoking or parties. If you have friends coming over, please let me know in advance and help keep the shared areas clean afterwards.
-I’d appreciate it if we could both look after the communal spaces and clean up after cooking.
-My usual quiet/sleeping hours are 11 pm–9 am, so ideally your schedule would be fairly similar too :)

I work remotely and need to use the liviing room during the day. I spend most of my time quietly working or relaxing in my own room. Non-smoker, no pets.

A 2-bed, 2-bath flat on the ground floor, located in a quiet, safe and leafy residential area. The neighbourhood is lovely, with plenty of greenery and nice views.
You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom, plus floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen and dining area are shared.
