Double room in 2-bed female flatshare Costorphine

I'm looking for a like-minded flatmate to join me in my flat in Costorphine. I own the flat but I'd love for it to feel like an equally shared space and to find someone that could become a friend, up for a chat in the evenings, and hanging out occasionally.

It's a two bedroom ground floor flat on Carrick Knowe Avenue and you'd be sharing with myself, a 28 year-old female working professional. The area is very quiet and well connected by bus and tram to the city centre. The flat also has a private garden, shared drying green, and free on street parking.

I work from the office 5 days a week and in my free time I enjoy hiking, swimming, the gym, playing korfball (basically anything active or outdoors!), and anything crafty. Equally, I love a cosy night in.

Rent would be £600 per month, including council tax and broadband, but NOT including gas and electricity, that would be split equally between the two of us.
