🏡Two Rooms available in 3-Bed Blackford Hill flat

Hi all 🙂. My flatmate and I are moving out so we're looking for 2 people to takeover our rooms. The remaining tenant, Faz, is a friendly 28 year old line manager for a social care charity, who has a beautiful 5 year old cat called Mochi.

🗣️ From Faz:
"Hey all! I want to live in a friendly and comfortable house, and would love to spend time together eating meals and watching movies. I also appreciate alone time for self-care. I love crafts, charity shopping and sewing. Also happy to take us on our weekly shopping trips 🚗 currently we have a cleaning rota in the flat and I’d like to stick with this as it’s been working well for us.

Mochi is very much part of the flat. He is incredibly social and affectionate - he likes spending time in your room so I’m really hoping for someone who’ll let him hang out with them as he's used to having access to the full flat (he will cry at your door if you don’t let him in 😅)."

💷 Cost breakdown:
Our rent has increased this October unfortunately.
Yellow room: £720
Pink Room: £720
Council tax bracket E, works out around £90 each. Utility bills £30-60 (season dependent).

🐈 Must be okay with resident cat and not allergic! (he’s very fluffy and sheds a lot!)
📚 Students accepted as long as they are willing to contribute to council tax
🚗 Free on street parking

Both rooms are south facing so get lots of sunshine and have newly fitted double glazing. They are fully furnished and are garden facing so are very quiet throughout the day/night.

Kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a large shower and free standing bath with windows.

💛 Yellow room:
This bedroom also contains the washing machine and boiler behind a closed cupboard. A schedule can be arranged to use the washing machine to best suit you and we can ensure your space and boundaries are respected when changes need to be made to the boiler. The cupboard provides a lot of additional storage space for the tenant, plus there is a press in the room too which provides some more storage space (the pictures attached are an old layout of the room, the furniture has been rearranged since)

🩷 Pink room:
The pictures attached from the pink room shows it with different layouts. The second dresser (black handles) is mine so will be taking it with me. The desk that was in the room is dissembled (but will be put back if you want!). The rest of the large furniture items will be staying.

‼️ Our agency's procedure for a changeover of tenants requires us to apply for the changeover and once approved by the landlord, the outgoing tenants can give notice. Therefore, once approved, we are flexible with move-in dates once replacements are found, so we can discuss!
