The flat will be shared with one male working professional who currently lives in the other bedroom. I work full-time in Edinburgh and am looking for a friendly, respectful and responsible flatmate.

The flat is kept clean, tidy and peaceful, so I’m looking for someone who is also very clean and tidy and is happy to take equal responsibility for keeping the shared areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces clean.

This flat is located in the Stenhouse area of Edinburgh City with great bus link to city centre (20 minutes bus journey) and Heriot Watt & Napier University campuses. It only take 3 minutes to walk to 3,22,30,33,25,35,300 bus top. Asda, Aldi, M&S is 10 minutes walk away. Two gyms are within 5 minutes walk.
