There is a gym for all of the flats to share and a concierge office for parcels to be delivered when someone is not in the flat. There is also a lift in the building that takes you to the garage for added security.

The flat is 15 min walk away from Murrayfield tram but is in between Gorgie Road and Slateford road so buses run all day and night. 20 min walk to Haymarket station.

I have bought the flat this year so I am open to suggestions for buying anything the flat requires. All bills are included in the price.

Ideal flat for professional with garage space and gym for when time is running tight as it often does. The local area has plenty of pubs, pool hall, supermarkets and plenty to do around Gorgie/ Haymarket. Fountainpark is a 15 min walk.
