This would be suitable for a professional or a post graduate/ final year student. The Edinburgh University is about 15 min walk away.
The flat is fully furnished with large sunny En-suite equipped with shower. There is a large kitchen/ dining room.
Bright kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and all kitchenware.
The room has a double bed, bedside tables, Lamps & wardrobe, shelves.
We are looking ideally for a working a professional who is friendly and sociable.
Rent is £600 per calendar month; council tax is about £67 per month, Broadband £15.
Gas & Electricity prices are very unpredictable at this time but our past two month were £45 and £58 a month each which total to about £750 rent all included.
Deposit of £500 is required (refundable when moving out) .
NON smokers and no pets allowed.
We like to live fairly quietly during the week, but tend to go out with friends at the weekends. We are a clean and tidy (we have a cleaning rota for the flat), and enjoy cooking and sharing meals occasionally. We would like a like-minded flat mate, who is easy to get along with.
