I am looking for someone who works.
The room is available 1st January £500 a month. That includes c/tax, gas/elec and wifi. A deposit of £500 is required on acceptance of the room with rent due by standing order on the 1st of the month. Happy to consider Mon - Fri let at £400 a month.
There is a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a divan bed with draws underneath. Bedding available.
The flat is close to excellent shops - 2 morrisons, 2 scotmids, lidl and a B&M as well as a Greggs, pharmacy and great take aways.
Excellent bus services include the no 8 which stops outside the flat, 14, 16, 19 & 200 are a 4 min walk and 21, 27, 38 & 47 all within 10 mins. Ainsle park leisure centre, pure gym and Urban village club are all local as are the Western General, Telford college, Leonardo and Ocean terminal.
