I'm looking for an easy going, tidy and sociable flatmate to rent out a double bedroom in my 3 Bed maisonette flat. The room is large, bright, with a double bed and plenty of storage space due to the large built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
The flat has electric heating and is warm and cosy. It has virgin TV and Wireless Broadband package installed.
There is also a large lounge with two 3 seater leather recliner sofas and 42" flat screen TV. Kitchen with usual items, oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and bathroom which comprises of corner bath with separate shower cubicle.
The flat is located in Clermiston in a great area with superb bus links (including the No 26 which also has night buses) and loads of amenities close by including a 24 hour Tesco. There is ample parking should you have a car.
The flat is non smoking and the rent is �450 pm which includes all bills, council tax, broadband etc.
You will be living with one female and one male.
The location is ideal for someone working at the Gyle.
