Hi, I am looking for someone to share my 2 bed flat in Gilmours Entry. It's a south facing top floor flat with a bright open views over nearby properties.

Very convieniently located just 2 mins from the Uni campus and close to many bus routes into the city.
Full gas central heating..... The flat was really cosy this winter.
Bills are extra, shared 50/50 but has been cheap to run so no great shocks. Broadband is included in the rent.
The kitchen was updated a couple of years ago and includes - microwave, oven, gas hob, and a washer drier. The lounge is nicely furnished with 2 large comfy sofas, wall units, and dining table & chairs. Included is a flat screen tv, dvd and play station 2.
The bathroom will be updated mid September.
The bedroom has a comfy tempura matress double divan bed with drawers underneath, a fitted wardrobe, and 2 large chest of drawers.

A parking space maybe available at extra cost.

I am going into my third year and need to focus on studying next year, however I enjoy going out at the pub and also good evenings in.

Due to Council Tax regulations this share best suits another student, but I am happy to share with a non student.
