Double Room available until Christmas

I have a double fully furnished room in my well maintained home available from 2nd until 22nd December only (or part of that time).. My house is within easy access of the Western General Hospital as well as a short commute to the city centre. My preference is for a short term let. - May suit a holidaymaker, a contractor or as a temporary base while looking for something more permanent. There is a dining kitchen, 2 shower rooms and shared sitting room. All home comforts are offered in this attractive and well maintained accommodation, which is also very close to a large supermarket and various other shops. It is friendly but not a "party house" and I would like to share with a mature and sociable person who would enjoy a chat round the kitchen table from time to time. Rent is all inclusive and there are no parking restrictions.
