Double room with ensuite available in a spacious two bedroom flat in Gorgie. £525 is everything in, council tax, bills and rent. For students, it will be around the 470-500 price range, but negotiable.

Extra storage is available, as there is a box room and a hatch that has access to the buildings attic, which is shared.

Have wifi that covers the whole the flat, so can watch Netflix anywhere! Huge shared living room, which you can use my Xbox One/PS3 freely.

Nearby two major bus routes, that can go to various parts of Edinburgh. Buses to town are frequent, and takes 10 minutes to get into town.

There are parking spots outside the building, and one spot reserved for the flat. I don't drive much, however I use the reserved spot most days. Negotiable about the use of the spot.

Bit about myself. 24 year old currently working part time and doing self studying at home. Mainly work the evening shifts, so won't be curled up on the sofa most nights! Love the occasional night out and even the odd couch day.
