A bright small single room in a lovely, spacious flat with a shared lounge and separate kitchen, utility room and large bathroom — just off The Meadows, 5–10 mins to Uni and city centre. The room is cosy but well laid out. Jess, who’s happily lived here for over five years, preferred a minimalist setup and removed the wardrobes shown in the video. A new open-style quality wardrobe will be provided before you move in.

The existing flatmates are Alice, a Scottish girl who works for a local gin distillery, and Adam, an Irish surveyor — both friendly, warm, and easy-going, who have made Tarvit St their home.

About the Flat:
Warm, peaceful Georgian home with wooden floors, shared living room (fireplace & big windows), modern kitchen (dishwasher, washer/dryer), and a clean bathroom. All bills included (gas, electric, council tax, Wi-Fi, Sky TV).

Lease starts 1 Nov

Viewings this Sat 25 Oct – decision right after. £150 holding deposit to secure the room. I live in London but will be travelling to host the viewing from 13:00 to 16:00.

About You:
You need to be Friendly, sociable, tidy — ideally a professional or mature student looking for a home, not just a room. Minimum 12-month stay preferred.
