Lovely single room in Dean Village

Hi there

I rent out a two bedroom flat in Dean Village. The tenant in the single room is moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace her.

The bedroom is a single with a built in wardrobe, drawers, shelves and desk. Unfortunately she is in the process of moving out so I'm not able to take any pictures.

The flat itself has a kitchen, separate living room with small balcony and bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a great garden to the rear.

Its located in Dean Village which is less than 10 minutes walk from Princes Street and 5 minutes from Stockbridge.

Room is 460pm this includes the council tax, internet and TV license. In addition to this there are quarterly energy bills which are usually £90 each. Deposit is £325.

The other tenant is a boy in his twenties, Antonio, who is a waiter. He is very friendly, reliable and clean etc.
