There is also a back garden, a large enclosed residents' area and plenty of free parking. A huge new Lidl and various other shops are a short walk away and Fort Kinnaird is a short bus ride/drive away. While the house looks as though it's a bit removed from the city centre, this is actually easily accessible by bus (20 mins) and by bike via cycle path through Holyrood Park (15 mins).
