The flat is really spacious in a modern building with free on street parking. Local shops, Sainsburys, takeaway, bars handy along with Meadowbank retail park gym and stadium only a 10min walk away also.

A cleaner services the common areas monthly (but please upkeep in-between!) ; living room, hall, kitchen bathroom.

I am the live in landlord but often working away, my room is rented on airbnb until September when I will return. The other housemate is Daniel a 9-5 working professional.

Community is Abbeyhill area, just off London road, 2 mins walk from Holyrood Park and 5 from Royal mile.

Lothian Bus routes: 1, 4, 5, 15, 19, 26, 34, 35, 36, 44, 45

Rent per month includes all bills, council tax, unlimited wireless broadband, factor fees and TV Licence.

Gas & Electric is topped up online based on usage, usually £30-35 each per month, less in summer.

Although there is free on street parking there is also one allocated car park with display disc available on first come first serve basis.
