Modern flat close to amenities/city centre - Dec16

We are an open-minded, sincere and honest couple looking to share our home with a trustworthy and respectful person or couple. To note also that there will be occasions when you will have the place to yourself too (as if renting a flat!).

Ideally, would suit a foreign student, or those coming to - or living in - edinburgh for short-term (less than 1 yr). COUPLES CONSIDERED, although will incur a variation in rent amount on top of the advertised rate of approx £!00.

Our home is in a new development, so is warm, clean and comfortable. We both have high standards of cleanliness and are respectful and understanding of others, including those from other cultures or countries. The available ample sized room has a decent double bed, large chest of drawers, office desk and bedside drawers. Also, large inbuilt double mirrored wardrobe with overhead storage area. Direct access to own bathroom too (i. e. for your use).

Our home is very close to many amenities (parks, shopping, bars, restaurants etc.) as well as is within walking distance of the city center/waverley station (15 mins approx), the west end and south side are 30 mins away (walking). The area is well served by public transport (bus) too.

We are happy to answer any queries and will answer all enquiries and are happy to discuss and indeed offer flexibility with the terms and period of room rental too (please just ask!) etc.; also can send more pictures to those who enquire, if required.
