Spacious double room, short term for June 2014!

Hello,

I'm heading home for a month or so from late May 2014, and looking for someone to rent my room for June. The room is spacious and airy with a double bed, sofa, chest of drawers and desk. The flat is a homely one set across 2 floors in Tollcross. There are 4 others living there, though this may be slightly different in the summer. There's a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a giant roof out back for hanging out on summer evenings.

The local area has plenty of amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, cinema. Its 2 mins from the Meadows, 10 minutes from the University (George Sq campus), 15 mins or so walk to Princes Street. Home Street is a thoroughfare for buses so getting around is easy. If you're into cycling, bikes can also be securely stored in the stairwell.

Ideal for short term visitor to Edinburgh, language course students, etc, or people looking for somewhere more permanent and needing somewhere in the mean time!
