Just few minutes walk to the most famous Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle, Waverley Train Station and excellent transport links available from the doorstep (also bus and train from Airport). Great flat in a great location, right on Hunters Square door step and City Cafe.

During our world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival through August, this room offers the perfect location.
