Spacious double room available at Duplex Flat

We are looking for a friendly professional to live in the biggest room of our beautiful flat. The flat is located in Powderhall Rigg, a quiet area 15 mins walk to City Centre and surrounded by nice cafes, botanic gardens and bus tops 8, 27, 23, there is also the big Tesco at corner of Canon Mills.

The new flatmate will be sharing bathroom with only one. We work Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm and We are ideally looking for someone who cares about our home, reasonable, tidy and works full time and no party animals.

The total of £460 includes rent and The bills : CT (Tax Band F), Electricity, Gas, Internet and TV license. As you know this is variable depending on the season as winter time may get higher.
