We live in a modern housing development just north of the city centre of Edinburgh. The house is very well appointed with broadband, wifi, central heating and hot water.

The spare room is on the middle floor and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and wc. The family accommodation is on the top floor so you are fairly self-contained. The kitchen and laundry facilities are on the ground floor.

The house is at Goldenacre 10 minutes walk from the Botanic Gardens and is on several bus routes leading to the city centre (no. s 8, 23 & 27).

The room would best suit someone who is quiet, tidy, self contained and who has a permanent home somewhere else. It is sole-occupancy- no friends or couples sorry. You will be sharing the house with the homeowner who is a working parent, a 15 year old boy, dog and cat - all well trained! The room is available from 10th March.
