Large Room in New Town Flat

We are looking for a new flatmate to move in with us ASAP.

Alexander and Ruaraidh are two young professionals who graduated from St Andrews a couple of years back, both self employed. We're easy going, enjoy a party every now and then.

Our flat is amazing, and we love it. We're looking for fun, outgoing, laid back young professional to join us.

The flat is on the ground floor. It is large, with an enormous living room and hall. In the living room we have a 42 inch TV, a piano and a working fireplace.

The kitchen and bathroom are smaller but still a good size. The shower is great- hot and powerful, and there's also a bath.

The room is on the garden side of the property, looking out over the gardens of Great King Street, so it's very quiet.

Rent is around £400/month, plus c. £70 council tax and c. £30 energy bills, £10 wifi. We split bills equally.
