My current flatmate is moving to pastures new, so I am looking for someone equally excellent to rent the 2nd double room in a 2 bedroom flat on Dalry Road.
The flat is fully furnished and comprises of:
A good sized living room with a dining table, 2 couches (one of which is a sofa bed), a TV.
A nice internal kitchen with an electric hob, fan assisted oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
The bathroom has both a bath and a mains operated shower.
The flat also has wireless broadband, gas central heating and a combi-boiler.
The bedrooms are at the back of the flat so it’s nice and quiet. The room available has a double bed (with storage container), wardrobe (with drawers beneath) a desk (not pictured, currently disassembled) and a bookcase.
It’s on major bus routes (3, 33, 4, 44, 25 and 2) and is 5 mins from the 22 & 30 routes. It takes about 10 mins to get to Princes Street (15-20 mins walking) and is close to Fountainbridge leisure complex and Haymarket train station.
The rent is £500 per month which is inclusive of council tax and bills but doesn’t include phone calls, (the rent for the room itself is £380)
I do require someone to share the cost of the council tax so sorry no students.
I’m a 33 year old professional, friendly and pretty easy going; like heading to the pub for a few drinks or staying in for a blether but not one for massive parties. I’m looking for the standard stuff in a flatmate; friendly, easy going, reliable and someone who is respectful, clean and tidy in communal areas etc.
