Double bedroom available in 2-bed flat in Haymarket, Orwell Place - the flat is in very good condition, and the rent is a very reasonable £300 a month, plus bills. The flat has a Livingroom/Kitchen, Bathroom, and two Double Bedrooms.
5 mins walk to Haymarket station, 25 mins walk to Edinburgh Uni, 15 mins walk to Princes Street, and on the bus route to Heriot Watt. A student would be preferred but someone working would also be fine.
The room is available from January 1st, though it may be possible to move in just before Christmas.
The lease is for 6 months minimum, and on a rolling basis after that.
I'm a 1st year PhD student, studying History at the University of Edinburgh. I'm an easygoing sort, and enjoy pub quizzes, pubs, reading, Netflix, all the usual stuff!
