3 Bedrooms House with front and back garden only 1 minutes' walk to Kings Buildings.
I am a Research Fellow and will start my work on 01/11/2019 at Warwick University, the main bedroom in my house is empty for about 1 year and as I will leave soon so I want to find a Female to live with my friend.
I want to find a clean, tidy and quiet Female tenant, who also would like to help do a good recycle in the house. If you also want to find a clean, tidy and quiet place, please contact. The house is with gas and electricity safe certification.
You only need to share the bathroom with another one female, most of the time I will be in Coventry and may only back for a weekend very occasionally.
The boardband in the house is virgin media 100MB, at the cost of 45 pounds/month, and it is included. Electricity and Gas are not included.
The council tax is not included and if you are not a student you need to pay about 110 pounds/month
