We are registered Landlords with the Council and have a current Edinburgh Council HMO licence. All bedrooms have locks for security and privacy and are redecorated between long term tenants. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dining area, a washing machine/tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
Rent is payable monthly in advance and includes everything stated below. A deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to secure a room, which will be returned upon vacating the flat.
